Talent-Track represents the talent searching method. Errorless and Quick Merit Evaluation is the key factor of the product. This product is responsible to manage the merit examination conducted state wise.

The product keeps records of all the schools and students taking part in the Scholarship examination. The exam and result declaration process is totally computerized through this software.

The product also ideally generates all the required statements as required by the authorities.

Vast Data Manager:
	Easily handles the large school and corresponding student information. Unless computerized product, it seems to be quite difficult to maintain such large amount of data.
Admit Card Preparation:
	Admit card is to be printed for each student taking part in the merit scholarship examination every year. This task is easily handle by Talent-Track.
Examination & Evaluation Management:
	The product takes the sole responsibility to manage the merit examination held through out the state. It takes care of question paper preparation as well as answer paper evaluation. The answer papers are checked by Computer by the product and hence it makes the evaluation system automatic. So the result declaration is totally error-free. Merit list is generated automatically after the proper evaluation.
Reports:
	The product is capable to generates any kind of report being required by the authority. It shows all student list school wise, district wise or as per the merit list. The criteria of any report can be distinguished to any level as per requirement. Unless the product it would rather difficult to get these reports quickly and easily.
Certificate Distribution:
	The product also ideally takes the responsibility to print and distribute the Merit certificates as the outcome of the merit examination. All the required information to be printed in the certificate are collected form the school and student database and accordingly with the proper evaluation and gradation marking, the certificates are generated by the product.
Related Accounts Information Management:
	The product also keeps the income and expenditure information for the Merit examination. It ideally keeps the information related to the examination fess being collected form the students as well as the related expenditures like transportation, Question preparation, Certificate Printing etc
Security:
	The whole integrated system is totally secured with proper user management. The Back-end provided for the product is a secured RDBMS (MS SQL Server). Programmatically it also strongly checks the user level authentication. The users are capable to perform the operation as they have been assigned.
