    PETROPACK

    PetroPack - A system for automation of the operations (Stock Control and Accounts ) of a petrol pump. 

    This product is responsible for Sales and Purchase management as well as Item Adjustments. And simultaneously generates the required reports as per the Petrol Pump.

    The product is also suitably and perfectly calculates the Petro - Bonus schemes (if provided by the pump) and accordingly maintains the required information of the scheme. Hence gifts can be distributed among the members properly.

Multi-User Operations:
The product provides both Single/Multi User options. Hence can be managed by a single user or can be assigned to different users of the product to speed up the work.
Sales & Purchase with Adjustment:
The product maintains data pertaining to Sales / Purchases / Adjustments of items.
Petro-Bonus Schemes:
Calculates Petro Bonus as per the sales to the Petro Bonus members. Automatically indicates the petro bonus members eligible for getting gifts. Thus referring to easy scheme management.
Stock Control:
Exact Stock valuation on purchase price. Stock Ledger of an item gives the details of in/outs of the item between two dates.
Statistical Reports:
Sales Statistics reports can be obtained in between date , Item wise , Customer wise.
Security:
The product maintains the operations with proper security by maintaining valid User Management. Hierarchy of User can be created by assigning their respective tasks so restricting advanced operations to all. 
Codeless Database Management:
Easy Backup/Restore of Databases through menu based GUI commands. User need not required to remember the code required for this back-end operation.
